The Legacy Frame is our most cherished keepsake a beautifully hand-painted pawtrait, finished on canvas and thoughtfully framed. It is optional but encouraged to give your pets toy, old collar or even hair to incorporate into the canvas as a 3D element. Each painting is unique to your pet and made to be displayed, loved, and passed down, it celebrates your pet’s story with warmth, care, and lasting beauty.

Most pawtraits are ready within 2 weeks of your order. The Legacy Frame (hand-painted canvas) takes 3–4 weeks. You'll receive an email with a preview before the piece is finalised, and your finished artwork once it's complete.
Your high-resolution file (PNG or JPEG) is sent directly to the email you provide at checkout — ready to print at your local print shop or keep on your device forever.
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and eyes are visible works best. Natural lighting is ideal. Multiple angles are helpful, but one great shot is all Kelsi needs to get started.
Yes — one round of minor revisions is included with every pawtrait. Kelsi will send you a preview before finalising, so you can share any feedback before the piece is completed.
We currently ship printed and framed pawtraits within Singapore. Digital files are delivered via email and can be printed anywhere in the world at your local print shop.
Absolutely. For the Legacy Frame, you're welcome to send your pet's toy, old collar, fur, or other small keepsakes to be incorporated into the canvas as a 3D element. Contact Kelsi after ordering to arrange this.
